Superwire Floor Lamp

Designed by Formafantasma for Flos, SuperWire is a study in light and materiality. Two stacked hexagons of planar glass are joined by polished aluminum, each surface illuminated by a slender, flexible LED strip that emits a warm, even glow. Resting on a steel tripod (a nod to the Castiglioni brothers’ Luminator) this piece blends contemporary innovation with the elegance of mid-century glasswork, commanding a striking presence.
