Prepare the Item
Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition and securely repacked in its original Elte packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Arrange Transportation
For small parcels, use the provided prepaid label; for furniture and oversized items, our team will coordinate a professional white-glove pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
